This may include your name, email address, phone numbers, or other information that identifies you directly.

We collect Direct Identifiers from Website visitors and Platform users who provide it by filling out a form, responding to a survey, subscribing to a Service, posting on our website, requesting further information, reporting a problem, or communicating with us for some other purpose.

Zenapse does not use Direct Identifiers about consumers to provide our Services to business customers but may collect Direct Identifiers such as name, address, and/or email where needed to fulfill a request to access, delete, or correct personal information or opt-out of certain kinds of processing.

Pseudonymous Identifiers

Pseudonymous IDs include information such as cookies, IP addresses, hashed email addresses, hashed phone numbers, advertising IDs, statistical/probabilistic IDs, and other third-party IDs, including ad network and TV identifiers. Pseudonymous IDs do not, by themselves, identify a specific individual, but can be combined with other information for that purpose.

Zenapse takes steps to ensure that Pseudonymous IDs are not linked to an individual consumer's name or other Direct Identifiers

We assign Pseudonymous IDs to your browser when you visit our Website, use our Platform, or interact with our Services on a business customer's website or app.

We may also use third-party Pseudonymous IDs to deliver Zenapse Services, sourced from:

• Our business customers, who provide this information so that we can provide Zenapse Services to them;
• Reputable providers of advertising technology services and/or licensed data; and
• Individuals wishing to access, delete, or correct their personal information, or opt-out of certain kinds of processing.

Business Information

This includes information about business customers and prospects, including company name, size, location, business type, etc., where that information is associated with an identified individual such as a marketing officer or account manager.

We collect Business Information from our business customers and prospects:

• When you visit our websites and provide it voluntarily;
• When you communicate with us and provide it voluntarily;
• When you contract to use our Services;
• From reputable providers of licensed information.

Online (Internet and other Network) Activity - Website Visitors and Platform Users.

This includes information about your activities on Websites and the Zenapse Platform including the URL of pages you visit, IP Address, browser, configuration settings, operating systems, search terms, date/time stamps, etc.

This information is collected and logged when you visit our Websites and/or use our Platform.

Online (Internet and other Network) Activity - Individuals Interacting with Zenapse Services.

For individuals who interact with our Services on a business customer's website, app, connected device, or other content, this may include the standard log data described above as well as information about the content you see, including ads and other marketing content, where and when you see that content, and how you react to it. This information may be associated with a pseudonymous ID, but Zenapse does not associate it with Direct Identifiers and Zenapse takes steps to ensure that Pseudonymous IDs are not linked to an individual consumer's name or other Direct Identifiers.

This information is automatically collected when you visit a website, use an app, or interact with a device (such as a smart TV) or other content where Zenapse Services are used to personalize your experience.

Geolocation Information

Geolocation information is information about the location of an individual or device derived through IP addresses and other location based services. Zenapse does not collect or process precise location information.

This information may be provided by:

• Publicly available data sources such as IP address registries;
• Reputable providers of licensed data; or
• Our business customers , who provide this information so that we can provide Zenapse Services to them.

Attribute Data and Inferences Regarding Attributes and/or Interests

This refers to basic demographic information, age, gender, income and education level, and occupation.

This also includes inferences about a user's interests, attributes, or perspectives that is derived from other personal information. This information may be associated with a pseudonymous ID, but Zenapse does not associate this information with Direct Identifiers and Zenapse takes steps to ensure that Pseudonymous IDs are not linked to an individual consumer's name or other Direct Identifiers.

Zenapse collects demographic information from reliable third party providers of licensed data.

Zenapse derives inferences from the personal information described in this Policy as well as your interactions with content, including marketing messages) shown when you visit a website, use an app, or interact with a device (such as a smart TV) or content where Zenapse Services are used to personalize your experience.

Sensitive Information

This may include information about an individual's age, race, religion, ethnicity, and/or language spoken at home. This information may be associated with a pseudonymous ID, but Zenapse does not associate this information with Direct Identifiers and Zenapse takes steps to ensure that Pseudonymous IDs are not linked to an individual consumer's name or other Direct Identifiers.

We may collect this information, where and to the extent permitted by applicable law, from:

• Reputable providers of licensed data;
• Our business customers, who provide this information to us so that we can provide Zenapse Services to them.

Customer Owned Information including Commercial Information

This may include the categories of information described above, as well as information about your previous purchases from a Zenapse business customer. This information may be associated with a Pseudonymous ID, but Zenapse does not associate this information with Direct Identifiers and Zenapse takes steps to ensure that Pseudonymous IDs are not linked to an individual consumer's name or other Direct Identifiers.

Zenapse may receive this information from our business customers in order to provide the Services to those customers. This information belongs to the Zenapse customer providing it, and subject to the customer's privacy policy. Zenapse's use of Customer Owned Information is limited by contract.
