Zenapse may disclose all of the categories of personal data it processes:

• To third parties who provide services to Zenapse under contracts that permit them to use personal data exclusively to provide contracted services and otherwise obligate them process personal data at Zenapse's direction and in accordance with applicable law;

• To government authorities, law enforcement, and other parties as required or permitted by applicable law;

Zenapse does not sell or share Direct Identifiers for commercial purposes.

Pseudonymous Identifiers

Zenapse may share Pseudonymous Identifiers with our business customers for a commercial purpose in connection with the delivery of our Services. Zenapse does not permit our business customers to associate Zenapse Pseudonymous IDs with identified individuals.
